​Currently, many landowners do not invest in planting trees as adequate funding is not available. We are tackling this funding problem by investing capital into our projects to provide a return on investment with a focus on natural capital and sustainability.

We are offering tree planting (and a minimum 25-year maintenance plan) with no cost to the landowner. We will also provide a financial reimbursement for the loss of earnings faced by landowners, such as Farm Business Tenancy and initial land depreciation.

With financial models for each land grade and type, we bridge the funding gap to make tree planting financially viable.
